At Gold Coast Crystal Boutique we DO NOT accept refunds, returns or exchanges due to change of mind so please read the descriptions and feel free to email us or contact us via any of our socials if you’d like clarification or some more information. DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. For items received damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we can provide you with a solution. Any refunds will be processed via the payment method used for purchase once the issue has been resolved.

SHIPPING

All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking at a flat rate of $9.99. For orders over $150 shipping is free. Express shipping is a flat rate of $15.99. At this point we do not ship internationally.
